Today: Needed a cab. No black cab around. Downloaded Uber app again. Set up new account. Scanned credit card. Loved the ease of that. Ordered car. Drove away. All within 5 minutes - from realising I needed a cab, to setting up that account and sitting in a car.
Last week: Tried to subscribe to the digital edition of a leading newspaper. Gave up after 9 minutes.
