To­day: Nee­ded a cab. No black cab around. Down­loa­ded Uber app again. Set up new ac­count. Scan­ned cre­dit card. Loved the ease of that. Or­de­red car. Dro­ve away. All wi­thin 5 mi­nu­tes - from rea­li­sing I nee­ded a cab, to set­ting up that ac­count and sit­ting in a car.
Last week: Tried to sub­scri­be to the di­gi­tal edi­ti­on of a lea­ding news­pa­per. Gave up af­ter 9 mi­nu­tes.
E-Com­mer­ce is an art form, not a side job.
