der keller ist sehr niedrig und feucht. je nach wetterlage kann der keller auch überflutet werden.
deshalb steht die ganze eichen-holz-konstruktion auf 30 cm hohen edelstahl-stelzen.
alle flaschen werden korken-freundlich kopfüber gelagert.
die beleuchtung ist hinter einer edelstahlblende versteckt.
